Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD highly preferred.
• Five+ years of professional development experience at a law firm or professional services firm.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage firm-wide PD programs and initiatives.
• Lead evaluation processes for non-partner lawyers and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Talent, Practice Management and Marketing to develop curricula.
• Develop and implement milestone events and firmwide academies.
