Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in good standing.
• Progressive legal experience with corporate, commercial matters.
• Experience supporting technology or software businesses is a plus.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, vendor, licensing, and services agreements.
• Advise on IP, data privacy, information security, liability, and indemnification issues.
• Support new business initiatives, products, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Manage complex legal matters from assessment through resolution.
