Job summary

PDI Technologies in Alpharetta, GA, seeks an Associate General Counsel to serve as a senior legal advisor for corporate, commercial, and technology matters. You will partner with business leaders to navigate complex issues, structure and negotiate agreements, assess risk, and support strategic initiatives.

This role requires a JD, active U.S. bar, and at least 6+ years of progressive legal experience, including in a law firm or corporate department; experience with technology, software, SaaS,

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 6+ years progressive legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, or similar businesses.
• Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of IP, privacy, security, and related tech contracting.
• Ability to independently manage complex matters and provide practical guidance.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align legal advice with business goals.
• Collaborative with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to business leaders and cross-functional teams on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, vendor, licensing, services, and other agreements.
• Advise on legal and commercial risks related to IP, privacy, data security, liability, indemnification, and warranties.
• Support new business initiatives, products, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Stay current on laws and industry developments and assess their impact on the business.
