Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a senior legal advisor across corporate and commercial matters.

You will partner with business leaders to structure and negotiate agreements, assess risk, and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment. This role requires strong legal judgment, ability to manage complex matters independently, and a pragmatic, business-focused approach balancing protection with growth.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active bar in good standing.
• 6+ years progressive legal experience in law firm and/or corporate setting.
• Experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial agreements in tech/SaaS context.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, vendor, licensing, services, and partnership agreements.
• Advise on IP, data privacy, information security, indemnification, warranties and risk allocation.
• Guide new business initiatives and strategic projects with a practical, risk-based approach.
• Manage complex matters independently and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and policies to improve efficiency.
