Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking an Associate General Counsel to act as a senior legal advisor across corporate and commercial matters. You will partner with business leaders to navigate complex issues, structure and negotiate agreements, assess risk, and support strategic initiatives.

This role requires strong legal judgment, independent management of complex matters, and a proactive, business-friendly approach to legal protections.

Qualifications

• JD required and active bar in at least one U.S. state.
• 6+ years of progressive legal experience, including law firm and/or corporate practice.
• Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, or similar complex businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to business leaders on complex corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, vendor, partnership, licensing, services, and other agreements.
• Advise on contract terms, IP, data privacy, information security, liability, indemnification, and warranties.
