Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to bridge legal practice and AI. You will act as a trusted advisor to lawyers, helping them evaluate AI tools, reimagine workflows, and integrate RelativityOne capabilities into day-to-day practice.

This role blends legal expertise with customer-facing engineering in a remote setting. Ideal candidates have substantial law firm or in-house experience, strong communication, and hands-on familiarity with Relativity aiR and other legal AI tools.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team; litigation experience preferred.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Client advisory, legal tech, or business development experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead tailored product demonstrations showing Relativity AI capabilities against real legal use cases.
Help secure the “legal win” by illustrating value and outcomes to lawyers.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption.
Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
Act as Voice of the Legal Customer, providing feedback to product and marketing.
