Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team and seeks experienced lawyers who can translate law into AI-enabled workflows. You will advise lawyers on adopting RelativityOne and aiR, map workflows, and demonstrate real-world value across litigation, investigations, and compliance.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with pre-sales and account teams, build credible relationships, and guide customers through workflow transformations while advocating for product improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience practicing law, preferably at a law firm.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
• Help secure the “legal win” by ensuring lawyers understand and believe in the value of our AI solutions.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
• Bridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge: translate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs and adoption barriers.
