The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant Senior in the Criminal Division, Town Square Tower, St. Paul. You will support attorneys and paralegals under supervision and undergo a CJIS background check.

The role requires a detailed, regulated work approach with strong transcript and filing duties. Hybrid work arrangement after onboarding, with a minimum of three days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• Completion of a legal administrative assistant training program or certification.
• Ability to draft documents using legal terminology and proper formatting.
• Typing speed and accuracy for transcription and document preparation.
• Ability to manage customers, coworkers, and opposing counsel with tact.
