Job summary

Absen Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for our Orlando, FL region. This hybrid role blends technical LED/AV know-how with dynamic sales leadership to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base.

You will engage with clients, deliver compelling product demonstrations, coordinate logistics, and support regional managers. A Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) and 2+ years in AV/LED are expected, with English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' AV/LED experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meet the regional sales revenue targets.
• Support region managers in building client relationships.
• Provide accurate sales quotations for current prices.
• Understand LED products; respond to technical questions and design solutions.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and tours.
• Maintain regular customer contact via calls and emails.
• Coordinate with ACE training participation and DEMO requests.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure on-time shipments.
• Update customer accounts with contacts and details for future sales.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery from start to finish.
• Maintain professionalism and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Build rapport with senior management, colleagues, and clients.
• Identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities.
