Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years experience administering LOA programs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Assist LOA administration across multiple processes and systems.
• Respond to LOA inquiries from employees, managers and HR.
• Coordinate with third-party administrator to track approvals and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support return-to-work processes for employees returning from leave.
• Escalate complex issues to LOA Senior Specialist or Absence Manager as needed.
• Conduct LOA records audits to ensure accuracy and timely corrections.
• Communicate LOA timelines and documentation requirements to employees and HRBP.
