Job summary

CenterPoint Energy is seeking an experienced professional to analyze and lead projects for leave and disability programs. You will ensure legal compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, while resolving issues with participants and providers.

The role requires collaboration with HR, legal, vendors, and employees to align stakeholders and deliver clear communications about program changes and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: at least five years in leave, disability, benefits, or HR program administration; three years in leave and disability programs.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and administration of leave and disability programs.
• Analyze processes to improve accuracy, service quality, and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data to support decisions on program design and pricing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Prepare clear employee communications and educate on program changes.
• Monitor performance of third‑party administrators and resolve issues.
