PDS Health is seeking a Sr Administrator of Leave of Absence and Disability to administer LOA and disability programs across multiple states. You will ensure ADA, FMLA and state regulatory compliance, liaise with HR and third-party administrators, and guide employees through eligibility and responsibilities before, during, and after leave.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years LOA/ADA experience, a related degree or 6+ years of relevant work, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of LOA/ADA laws across multiple states including FMLA.
• 3+ years experience in LOA and ADA management.

Responsabilités

• Advises and serves as SME for LOA, reasonable accommodations and related leaves.
• Guides employees on eligibility and responsibilities before, during, and after leave.
• Researches best practices and improves LOA/disability processes.
• Ensures compliance with ADAAA/FMLA and state laws.
• Acts as liaison with third-party administrator and provides status reports.
• Leads tracking of disability cases per state guidelines.
• Mentors LOA team members and guides People Relations on complex cases.
• Trains management on LOA and disability best practices.
