Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Leave Specialist to administer and oversee the company's leave and disability programs, including FMLA and CFRA. You will partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, and managers to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliant pay and benefits.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in leave administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in leave administration.
• Experience with multi-state leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, state/local leaves).
• Experience coordinating leave, disability and accommodation, and third-party claims.
• Experience with HRIS/Workday or similar systems.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex leave and disability cases requiring policy interpretation or compliance review.
• Administer and resolve complex leave cases across federal, state, and local laws including FMLA/CFRA.
• Serve as liaison with third-party leave and disability administrator.”,
