Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years' HR experience in benefits, leave management or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws (ADAAA, FMLA, CA PDL, etc.).
• Experience with interactive processes and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end medical leaves of absence and interactive accommodation process.
• Advise on benefits impact, wage replacement integrations and required documentation.
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure compliant leave and accommodation handling.
