Job summary

Greystar in Northglenn is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to lead leasing and marketing efforts for the Aspendale Northglenn community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and guide residents through the lease lifecycle.

You will also design targeted marketing campaigns, utilize CRM to track leads, and coordinate with teams to optimize occupancy and revenue while maintaining show-ready units and delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years minimum in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Active RISE Mentor with leadership/mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and complete legal documents.
• Mathematical skills to process sales conversions and analyze trends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Tour property, assess prospects, and process applications and checks.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and adapt to market conditions.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure show units meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to finalize leases or renewals.
