Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive sales, tours, and application processing. You will manage marketing plans, coordinate showings, and utilize OneSite/Yardi to track data and leases.

The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, renewal strategies, and close collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure every move-in goes smoothly and units are presented at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and process applications with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-up to ensure resident satisfaction and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities using online tools and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activities in property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
