Job summary

Legend Management Group is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing and positive resident relations across our community. You will manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in, work a rotating schedule including weekends, and report to the Property Manager.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of leasing or sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and following up via email, phone, text, or video.
• Establish relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attract new residents through advertising, video tours, and in-person or virtual tours.
• Manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Manage all leads in the lead management system and follow up using best practices.
• Engage in corporate outreach and develop relationships with local businesses.
• Participate in resident retention and renewal processes.
• Organize and conduct resident events with the team.
• Post engaging content to social media accounts.

As our Leasing Consultant, you will conduct leasing, marketing and maintain positive resident relations at our community. You will work on a rotating schedule including weekends. You will report to the Property Manager. We are looking for a candidate that has at a year of leasing experience as this position will be at a busy lease-up.

Salary Range: $40,663-$52,011 (based on experience) with $12,000+ annual bonus potential

You Will:

• Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and creating personalized follow-up by email, phone, text or video to enhance the customer experience.
• Establish a positive relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Attract new residents through advertising, recording video tours of all vacant units, conducting lease tours in person or virtually, and encouraging referrals.
• Manage the leasing process from first point of contact to move in.
• Manage all leads in lead management system and follow up using Legend’s best practices.
• Actively engage in corporate outreach with existing corporate preferred employers. Identify and develop new relationships and opportunities through in-person visits and frequent communication touch-points. Actively conduct outreach to local businesses.
• Participate in resident retention program and renewal process.
• Together with Property Managers and Assistants, organize and conduct resident events.
• Consistently post engaging content to social media account.
• Create engaging resident communication such as flyers, newsletters, and videos.
• Adopt and practice new leasing innovations as they are introduced by Legend.
• Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture.
• Commit to professional development, stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and attend training.

You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
