Job summary

Crafted Staff in Connecticut/Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and drive occupancy across multifamily properties. The role requires 10+ years of experience and strong leadership to guide leasing teams and implement effective strategies.

Travel between CT and MA will be required to manage multiple properties, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and maximize occupancy and gross potential rent through market-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with leadership ability.
• Familiarity with HUD, Section 8, and LIHTC compliance.
• Excellent communication, client relations, and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and build relationships with prospective residents.
• Lead, train, and coach leasing agents to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee lease applications, renewals, move-ins, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/positioning for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director to improve lead generation and conversion.
