Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Senior Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will mentor Regional Managers, drive financial performance, and ensure consistent execution of company standards across markets.

The role requires 8–10 years in multifamily property management, with 3–5 years in leadership of regional teams. Travel 25–50% may be required, and CAM/CPM/ARM or equivalent designations are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
8–10 years of progressive multifamily property management experience.
3–5 years leading Regional Managers or large multi-state portfolios.
CAM/CPM/ARM/CAPS or equivalent designation preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise, coach, and develop Regional Managers while promoting accountability and leadership growth.
Lead portfolio oversight to improve NOI, occupancy, and resident satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with executive leadership on acquisitions, dispositions, and transitions.
Manage relationships with ownership groups and institutional clients.
