Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Senior Leasing and Service Professional Level 3 to lead leasing execution, support occupancy performance, and mentor junior leasing associates across California communities.

You will perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities; qualify prospects; maintain follow-up cadence; process applications; inspect show units; and train team while supporting competitor research and maintaining closing ratios per company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency.
• Ability to coach peers and model best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities.
• Qualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources.
• Process applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation.
• Inspect show units and tour paths for readiness.
• Support resident retention and outreach initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members.
• Assist management with competitor research.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
