Vivmark Residential in Fremont, CA seeks a dedicated Leasing Consultant to run daily leasing operations and deliver exceptional service to residents. You will conduct personalized tours, present floorplans, and highlight nearby amenities to help prospects choose a home.

Weekend availability is required. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, plus proficiency with property management software and MS Office, are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct personalized tours and help residents find the best place to call home.
• Tailor tours to individual tastes and outline floorplans, neighborhoods, and amenities.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates to convert prospects to residents.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a smooth, luxury living experience.
