Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience in luxury high-rise multifamily property management.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong focus on customer service and results.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships.
