Job summary

Comstock Companies in Charlotte, NC seeks a Leasing Consultant to guide residents through the leasing journey from hello to welcome home, delivering warm, professional service and coordinating marketing and leasing activities to sustain strong occupancy.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of leasing experience in luxury multifamily properties, strong communication, and solid skills in Yardi and MS Office, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in business or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years leasing experience in luxury multifamily property management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.
• Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks.
