Princeton Management is seeking a Senior Leasing Agent to attract residents, conduct tours, and implement renewal strategies to maintain high occupancy. You will work closely with the property manager and team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in leasing or real estate
• Personable leasing specialist with strong closing ratio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Experience with resident retention and lease renewals
• Familiarity with property management software operating systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in real estate/property management advantageous

Responsibilities

• Execute and update property marketing materials; provide leasing tours and renewal strategies
• Provide excellent customer service; respond to resident questions and maintenance complaints
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company procedures
• Work independently and with the Property Manager and team
• Cultivate long-term relationships with current residents and support occupancy goals
