Job summary

Princeton Management in Michigan seeks a seasoned Senior Leasing Agent to attract residents, maintain high occupancy, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive marketing efforts, conduct leasing tours, and develop renewal strategies to boost retention.

Requirements include 2–3 years in leasing or real estate, strong closing and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years working in leasing or real estate.
  • Strong closing ratio and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling full leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
  • Familiar with resident retention and lease renewals.
  • Knowledge of property management software operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and update property marketing materials, provide leasing tours, and renewals strategies for occupancy goals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by addressing resident questions and handling complaints about maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company procedures.
  • Work independently and with the Property Manager and team.

  • Acting in accordance with company procedures and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
  • Working independently as well as cooperatively with the Property Manager and team.
