Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a Senior Leasing Agent to drive occupancy, engage potential residents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee leasing tours, implement renewal strategies, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing and company procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years of leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in, with opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years working in leasing or real estate.
  • Personable leasing specialist with strong closing ratio.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Capable of managing entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move in.
  • Familiar with resident retention and renewing leases.
  • Ensure all service requests are followed through until completion.
  • Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with current residents.
  • Knowledge of property management software operating systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.
