Job summary

Apache Corporation is seeking a Lease Operator III to join its US Onshore Operations in Texas. The role reports to the Foreman and focuses on maximizing production while maintaining safety. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and other PC-based software.
• Ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions with minimal coaching.
• Ensure accuracy of all production reports and data.
• Familiarity with lease equipment and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide lease surveillance to maximize production and ensure safety and efficiency of equipment.
• Accurately measure and report daily production and prepare daily/monthly production reports.
• Inspect facilities for safety and environmental compliance; monitor fluid levels and pump efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair day-to-day operational issues; maintain seal records and tank gauging.
• Watch for unsafe conditions, follow safety procedures, and report violations promptly.
• Read and comply with State Environmental Compliance Regulations; perform maintenance on lease equipment.
