Job summary

Devon is seeking a Lease Operator 2 to prioritize safety and regulatory compliance while conducting daily assessments of wells, equipment, and plant facilities. You will perform production tests, repair tasks, and maintain orderly lease sites, coordinating with Operations Engineers and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in E&P operations, OSHA 30 preferred, and proficiency with ProdView, Eagle App, Cygnet and Pi for data collection and monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant E&P operations experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assessments of wells, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Perform production tests and minor repairs; maintain a clean, organized lease site.
• Monitor control panels, gauges and meters; coordinate with maintenance teams.
