Job summary

Devon Energy Corporation seeks a Lease Operator to prioritize safety and regulatory compliance while overseeing wells, equipment, and lease facilities at the Pecos, TX site. You will perform production tests, monitor subsurface activities, and coordinate with Optimization Operators to ensure smooth field operations.

The role requires strong data collection and reporting skills, experience with SCADA systems, and a proactive mindset to identify efficiency improvements and maintain equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of E&P operations experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production tests and monitor wells and lease equipment.
• Coordinate with Optimization Operators, DSC/PA and field personnel.
• Maintain regulatory, environmental and safety compliance on lease sites.
• Submit daily production and equipment reports and analyze data for optimization.
