Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Accountant to own end-to-end accounting for our lease portfolio and Network Service Agreements (NSAs). You will identify embedded leases, assess modifications, and manage month-end close while partnering with Legal, Finance, FP&A, and Procurement across a global growth stage company.

The role emphasizes technical accounting with broad exposure to AI infrastructure. CPA preferred and 5+ years of related experience in a public company setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or publicly traded company environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with ASC 842 experience.
• Experience identifying embedded leases in complex contracts.
• Proven ability to support month-end close and build P&L analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own identification, documentation, and accounting analysis of embedded leases under ASC 842.
• Support month-end close for lease-related accounts, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare analytics and schedules for lease-related P&L accounts.
• Review contracts with Legal, Finance, FP&A, Procurement to assess accounting implications.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures related to leases and NSAs.
• Identify and drive improvements to lease accounting processes and internal controls.
• Assist with technical accounting research, system implementations, and special projects.
