Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior SEC/GAAP Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with SEC requirements and US GAAP. You will collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and external auditors, supporting quarterly and annual filings and equity accounting in a fast-growing environment.

The role offers exposure to external reporting, technical accounting research, audits, and system improvements, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting and SEC reporting.
• Experience applying US GAAP and SEC regulations to complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) with financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A per US GAAP and SEC.
• Review supporting docs; tie-out financial statements and footnotes.
• Assist with stock-based compensation accounting, including ASC 718 calculations.
