Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance seeks a Senior Lease Compliance Specialist to oversee lease compliance and administration for a broad portfolio. You will supervise staff, develop standardized workflows, and coordinate with agencies, landlords, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely action.

Responsibilities include auditing leases, analyzing financial records, managing documentation, and driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time or equivalent in lease compliance, real estate, or related field.
• Experience reviewing complex lease documents and audits is essential.
• Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Oversee detailed lease abstracts, critical date tracking, and compliance records.
• Lead lease audits, including NNN reconciliations and operating expenses.
• Develop standardized workflows and quality-control processes for lease admin.
• Supervise Lease Compliance Analysts and support staff.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
