Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a Senior Lease Administrator to lead full-scope lease administration for a multi-brand portfolio. You will manage lease abstractions, rent analyses, landlord invoicing, and critical date tracking across lease systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting internal stakeholders. Office-based in Wayne, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in real estate lease administration or real estate accounting with commercial lease exposure.
• Ability to interpret complex commercial and retail lease language and documents.
• Advanced financial, analytical, research and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn SAP and lease or database systems; prior Tririga experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents including leases, amendments, and subleases
• Perform rent analysis, invoice processing, billing calculations and landlord reconciliation reviews
• Manage client/vendor/landlord relationships and resolve lease-related issues
• Track and maintain critical lease dates and data within the lease administration system
• Administer subtenant accounts and third-party tenant billing and collections
• Train and assist new Lease Analysts and support special projects as assigned
