Responsibilities

• Abstract and review client leasing details and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage full scope of lease administration, including abstractions and data entry.
• Coordinate with regional teams and transition group on abstractions.
• Review CAM, real estate taxes, and rent payments; reconcile invoicing and billing.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports and provide research support.
