Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required.
• Experience with lease accounting and/or commercial real estate preferred.
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day accounting for Lease Accounting, Administration & Analysis.
• Assist with technical accounting research and preparation of lease calculations.
• Prepare monthly straight-line rental revenue reconciliations.
