Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Lease accounting experience preferred; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Lease Accounting, Administration & Analysis activities with timely reporting.
• Account for revenue recognition for new leases, amendments, and related transactions under U.S. GAAP.
• Monitor high-volume lease portfolio and support ongoing accounting administration.
• Research technical accounting matters on complex lease transactions, including modifications/terminations.
• Prepare monthly straight-line rent revenue reconciliations and supporting analyses.
• Reconcile GL accounts to sub-ledgers and supporting schedules.
