Job summary

CLA, a top national professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Learning Technologist to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of learning technologies, especially the Learning Management System (LMS). The role partners with learning leaders, educators, and operations to ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, data-driven, and aligned to CLA’s learning strategy.

This position is available on a casual and on-call basis as business demands, with less than 10%

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting learning technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience administering enterprise-scale learning platforms.
• Strong data analytics and dashboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize learning technology integrations (e.g., LMS/HRIS) to ensure data integrity.
• Design and maintain dashboards to measure learning operations and impact.
• Collaborate with learning leaders to enable AI-driven content discovery.
• Drive automation and standardized processes for learning workflows.
