Job summary

ASML US in Wilton, CT seeks a Senior Learning Specialist to design and deliver training that aligns with business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create effective learning solutions for manufacturing teams, emphasize safety and quality, and drive adoption across the organization.

You will deliver classroom and virtual sessions, manage programs, update materials, and travel up to 10% within the US and internationally to support global training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitator.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners in professional environments.
• Experience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using modern learning methods.
• Facilitate hands-on training for manufacturing teams with a focus on safety and quality.
• Plan and manage training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communication.
• Adapt learning approaches to meet different learning styles and encourage participation.
