Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Diego, California seeks a Training and Development Solution Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions within timelines.

You will apply advanced project management and instructional design to manage training teams, monitor competency, and drive continuous improvement across San Diego, Cymer, and Korea factories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years direct work experience required
• Project management experience required
• Excel proficiency with data entry, formulas, data visualization, pivot tables
• Experience with LMS to establish training programs and reports
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, LMS, SharePoint, scheduling apps
• Experience in organizational/technical training environment preferred
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing/technical industries desired

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of stakeholders; manage expectations
• Conduct learning needs analyses
• Create and maintain project documents and detailed plans with milestones
• Notify Training Manager of discrepancies in day-to-day execution
• Manage employee competence assessment program and gap closures
• Assist in organizational development programs for multiple factories
• Analyze business requirements and create learning solution proposals
• Represent Training and Development in cross-sector project teams
• Interface with Engineering/Manufacturing/Logistics to drive improvement
