Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Training and Development Solution Manager for Manufacturing Services to coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions within timelines.

You will lead deployment and adoption plans, monitor progress through cross-functional collaboration, and apply advanced project management and instructional design to ensure timely project deliverables and ongoing competency development in the San Diego area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years direct work experience required.
• Project management experience required.
• Excel proficiency with data entry, formulas/functions, data visualization, pivot tables.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to establish training programs and classes, surveys, dashboard reports, and other functions to manage a training organization preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, LMS, SharePoint, and scheduling applications required.
• Experience working in organizational and/or technical training environment preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical industries desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery and improvement of Learning and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Develop deployment and adoption plans and monitor progress with cross-functional teams.
• Lead meetings to influence and ensure key deliverables are on track.
• Analyze business requirements and create reports and learning solution proposals.
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Operational Excellence stakeholders.
• Manage training teams' project deliverables and timelines; monitor competency performance.
