Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
• Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understands relevant business and HR priorities for capability building and development within their region/product/function.
• Partners with Learning Advisors and HR/business partners to identify and prioritize L&D opportunities.
• Helps execute learning and development strategy for their region/product/function.
• Analyzes current vs future gaps, identifies root causes, and defines solutions and success measures.
• Markets, evaluates, and communicates the impact of initiatives with HR/Business partners.
• Monitors progress and aligns expectations with learning colleagues and HR partners.
• Collaborates across HR to provide an integrated experience for partners.
• Implements measurement of training effectiveness with learning teams.
• Keeps updated on market trends and future capability requirements.
• Manages learning budgets for projects and focus areas.
• Assesses risk in business decisions and ensures compliance.
