Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Partner to lead the learning and development strategy for the Global Financial Services Organization (GFSO) and Enterprise Strategy Division (ESD).

You will design, develop, implement, and continuously improve learning solutions that strengthen leadership, technical, and professional capabilities across the organization. You will partner closely with business and HR leaders to identify capability needs, drive enterprise learning

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience is desired.
• Knowledge of consulting techniques, roles, and responsibilities for guiding clients (internal and external).
• Ability to influence decisions within and outside own organization.
