Amazon is seeking a Sr. Learning Manager for the Relay Operations Center in Tempe, AZ. You will lead the learning team, drive onboarding, training, and compliance, and partner with operations and HR to align learning with performance goals.

You'll guide strategy, monitor metrics, and implement scalable programs to improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience across the ROC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the ROC Learning team including managers and trainers.
• Align learning initiatives with site performance metrics and business goals.
• Partner with operations, HR, and leaders to implement scalable upskilling and workforce development programs.
