Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Learning Partner to deliver and oversee training aligned with cGMP standards across sites and functions. You will design onboarding programs, collaborate with the LEAP team, and develop role-based curricula to ensure consistent training execution and compliance.

The role involves global stakeholder engagement, working in a fast-paced environment, and up to 10% travel. A science degree and 5+ years of training experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of training experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP quality in training.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Self-directed with proactive resource gathering and leadership consultation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide site-facing customer support to address training needs and inquiries.
• Conduct training impact assessments for new/revised documents to ensure compliance.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs for specific sites and functions.
• Collaborate with LEAP team to produce relevant training materials.
• Develop and manage customized role-based curricula for different sites.
• Serve as conduit between PDS Learning and sites to align training initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cGMP training programs.
• Provide targeted job-specific training across PDS locations with stakeholders.
