Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Learning Partner to align training with cGMP standards, collaborating with site and functional areas to deliver impactful programs. You will lead onboarding, assess training impact, and maintain compliance across global sites.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to design curricula for diverse sites, and excellence in training delivery. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science required.
• Five years of training experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP in training.
• Ability to influence multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Proactive, minimal supervision and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-facing training support and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct training impact assessments for documents and policies.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs for sites and functions.
• Collaborate with LEAP to create relevant training materials.
• Develop role-based curricula for diverse sites and functions.
• Serve as a conduit between PDS Learning and sites for training initiatives.
• Develop and implement cGMP training programs to ensure compliance.
• Provide job-specific training across all PDS locations with stakeholders.
