Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform curriculum for GMP manufacturing. You will partner with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure content reflects current processes and regulatory requirements.

Based at Houston or Alabama sites, you will drive platform-level design, governance, and continuous improvement while leveraging LMS tools and HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors. Strong collaboration across time zones is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience in a regulated environment.
• Expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, and Manufacturing/Quality operations.
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training.
• Strong understanding of GxP and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Design platform-specific curriculum within COE standards and governance.
• Develop and maintain platform content across Global/Platform/Site levels.
• Collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE for current content.
• Align content with manufacturing processes and qualification tasks.
• Partner with LEPs and represent the platform in governance reviews.
• Identify training gaps and drive improvement through data.
