Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Associate Scientist, QC Microbiology Trainer to develop and deliver training for microbiology and environmental monitoring within Cell Therapy QC labs. You will qualify analysts, coordinate curricula, and ensure documentation aligns with cGMP.

Strong coaching and technical writing skills are essential. The role requires lab-based training delivery, collaboration with QC and QA, and maintaining training facilities and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology required with QC/microbial training experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities to train laboratory staff.
• Experience with cGMP and regulated labs preferred.
• Ability to translate complex methods into clear training material.
• Experience developing curricula and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training for QC microbiology and environmental monitoring methods.
• Qualify and mentor analysts on laboratory methods and training requirements.
• Coordinate training schedules with QC management and subject matter experts.
• Develop and update training curricula, assessments, and materials.
• Ensure training documentation adheres to procedures and cGMP.
