Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Learning Development Program Manager to design, implement, and optimize enterprise learning initiatives. You will lead needs assessments, develop curricula, and manage delivery across multiple modalities to support employee growth and organizational capability.

The role requires 5+ years in learning program management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Learning Program Manager or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization.
• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging materials across modalities.
• Develop and manage curriculum frameworks for learning programs.
• Oversee delivery of training via e-learning, ILT, workshops, and other formats.
• Utilize LMS and educational tech to facilitate delivery, tracking, and evaluation.
• Manage all aspects of learning programs including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Analyze learning data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and guide improvements.
• Implement change management for adoption of new initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets for learning programs; ensure cost-effectiveness.
