Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced learning programs and materials aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead enterprise development training roadmap; manage lifecycle from design to evaluation.
• Translate capability requirements into career development planning.
• Measure program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and instructional designers to source content.
• Establish KPIs and use analytics to improve learning initiatives.
• Develop integrated change enablement plans with communications and leadership support.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and on-demand classes; adapt to diverse learners.
• Provide mentorship to junior learning professionals.
• Report on training programs and ROI to leadership.
