Job summary

Tyson Foods in Pine Bluff, AR, seeks a Learning Specialist to conduct new Team Member orientation and deliver essential training. You will facilitate courses including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training support, while contributing to leadership development programs and the Upward Academy initiative.

The role requires 2+ years of facilitation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to address language barriers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional training and facilitation experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experiences for Team Members.
• Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
• Identify language barriers and arrange interpreters as needed.
• Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility and qualification process.
• Serve as backup for the Hiring team.
